Gospel Xpress is a ministry that aims to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to local communities in the United States and the Philippines through evangelism outreach. Whether it’s door-to-door evangelism, handing out Bibles and tracts on the street, or producing Christian media (videos, comics), we seek to make use of every means available to communicate the message of Jesus Christ.

History

Gospel Xpress was started in 2004 by Tony Tolosa, who organized volunteers to devote their time to door-to-door evangelism in the Philippines. With the help of his brother/artist, Chito Tolosa, he published a comic book explaining the Gospel message, which he distributed in mass quantities throughout the Philippines.

In 2009, Tony’s son Michael Tolosa launched the US division of Gospel Xpress, where he organized mass Bible & tract handouts on the streets of Washington, DC and its surrounding communities. Michael also began producing short viral videos that told the Gospel in unique, creative ways. He is currently planning to teach a street evangelism class in McLean, Virginia in 2010 to other young Christian adults.
